What is an ADU?
An ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) As approved by the State Legislature - Assembly Bills 68 and 881. Allows for the construction of a "secondary" housing unit that shares the building lot or under-utilized building area of a larger primary building

ADU for many Real Estate investors may very well be the best and highest return in the Real Estate Market today. In fact, most ADU projects recognize double-digit returns on the investment while increasing property value in the Hundreds of Thousands of dollars.

In deciding if an ADU for your property is a sound investment strategy, an owner's primary concern should be determining feasibility. ADU for multi-family is not all that clear as the 2020 passage of ABA 68 and 881 primary relates to Single Family Residences. Many many factors come into play and anyone considering an ADU to their property should proceed carefully and do as much up front research as possible so as to make sure they are in compliance with beta state and local building codes and zoning restrictions.
What we offer
With our 40 years of experience in construction-related disciplines and thousands of multi-family units constructed, restored, and managed, our team is able to determine the feasibility of our project and provide the most cost-effective approach for design and build out perhaps the greatest value; what we offer is our expediting and permit process allowing owners the ability to obtain realistic cost-budgeting, competitive bids and or act as their own contractor
Commonly known as detached units, these units are not connected to the main building
Dwelling units take
advantage of unused land
and serve as extensions to an already existing building
Legalize "bootleg" units or add additional bedrooms or bathrooms to an existing apartment.

We carefully ascertain the most effective approach to building and site location characteristics with a specific plan for each project
Once we have achieved a determination that the feasibility of the project is achievable, our team will begin with client authorization, Building Department Plan Check Entitlement Process

Our specialty is organizing underutilized and in some cases "unpermitted" living space and to convert into new permitted living space separate and apart from the original dwelling unit. In most cases, this will provide an additional dwelling unit to the “Certificate of Occupancy” Our years of experience in reconfiguring dwelling units allow us the most efficient, economical workable, and functional designs layouts. All within the conformities of Building code requirements.

Upon direct department approval property owners will have a permit ready to issue and
the ability to procure bids to begin planning and building
