ADU feasibility study
At our low-cost initial feasibility study, we will set up a time to check the property in person.
Additionally, we check with governmental building department agencies the likelihood and
feasibility of placement and layout of your ADU project to your property location. After the initial site inspection measurements and sketches, we will prepare a cost proposal for
the permit entitlement process including any needed Architectural or Drafting, and Engineering costs together with preliminary sketches of site plan locations and dimensions of the project
